Tip for success number four: Be active. We all know that exercise is key in weight loss and even though it can be hard to start, you will find that the Lap Band can act as a motivation too. Being active really helps you to feel better and achieve your goals faster and its key to any weight loss program. Try a few things to find something that works for you, for example I loved starting out on a bike because I felt like I could take my time and set my own pace plus I’m getting outside, but don’t be afraid to try new things you could be surprised by what you like, maybe you’re going to be our next tennis champion. It’s a good idea to find a buddy to exercise with. Lots of calorie burning activities can be fun. Be active with your lap band.
