I find it’s really helpful to have a glass of water or a calorie free drink if I feel that snack attack coming on but let’s be clear here this doesn’t mean no snacking ever, it just means you have to be smarter about it. As you become more active, you’ll find yourself needing a snack between meals this is okay again listen to your body just as long as you plan for it and make sure you’re having a high-protein, low calorie, low carb snack, however if you are seriously just hungry between meals you need to call your doctor because it could mean your band is just not adjusted properly. Not so bad, right? Just make sure you have a healthy go-to to hold you over between meals and don’t give in to the sugary fix. You’ve got this.
